The carpet and upholstery cleaning industry can have a terrible reputation, and in some cases well deserved with so many ‘cowboys’ out there. So how can you avoid a scam when your furnishings are ready for a freshen up? Asking a friend or relative who they’ve used is often the best way to get an honest opinion.  I started in the industry over 20 years ago. Most of my business comes from referrals and repeat customers.
